You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine from JDM Estate. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the site or its content. All content on this site is the property of JDM Estate and may not be copied without permission.

We strive for accuracy in all product details, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, it is subject to acceptance by JDM Estate. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship wine only to states permitted under our Vinoshipper compliance program. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary. Title and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless items are damaged or incorrect. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDM Estate is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or the products sold through it.
