Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products — including wine and olive oil — we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at info@jdmestate.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Wine or olive oil (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Items purchased on sale

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or personalized items

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card issuer. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@jdmestate.com.
