Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in California.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options for all U.S. orders:

  • $15 flat rate for orders under $120

  • Free shipping on orders of $120 or more

Wine Shipping & Restrictions

Wine is shipped only to states permitted under our compliance program through our partner, Vinoshipper. If your shipping address is in a restricted state, you will not be able to complete checkout with wine items in your cart.

All wine orders require a recipient 21 years of age or older to sign for delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

Olive Oil & Non-Alcohol Products

Olive oil and other non-alcohol items can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states using standard ground shipping.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship quickly, delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our facility.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at info@jdmestate.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package/item(s), and we’ll make it right.
